Often people come to me knowing they want to change, knowing they are not fulfilled but not knowing how to do this or where they want to go. It is my job to help you to figure this all out - and during out time together, we will!

My career path has not been conventional (to say the least!). My past roles have been in a range of areas: Advertising, Marketing, Training, Project Management, Midwifery, Digital health, Research, Quality Improvement, Director and Lecturing. I have done a lot.

I often found myself providing advice to colleagues around how to progress their careers and often had that all too familiar question of "Why do you get all the opportunities?". My answer usually revolved around three key areas: Applying (with a good application), Effort (job hunting, upskilling, networking) and lastly Attitude (never giving up and being determined).

My coaching business is here for the sole purpose of helping others succeed. Ensuring others get to sit in the space of freedom, reward, fulfilment and actually doing a job they enjoy and living a life that they love!
